Radioactive Decay not a Constant - Tesla Correct Again!

Many years ago Tesla said “there is no energy in matter other than that of it’s environment”. If you think about this for a while it is pretty profound. This would imply that the rate of radioactive decay is controlled by ambient energy, presumably from the sun and therefore not constant as the sun is in constant flux. This is exactly what researchers are Stanford University are proposing with new research linking solar activity to radioactive decay.

This is interesting as scientists have recently announced a link between solar output and gravity.
